Double run

Not much to report today. Wednesday is my double run day, 50 minutes this morning, 70 minutes at lunch time. As usual, I felt very good during the second session. I like a lot these back to back runs. Tomorrow morning, at 5.30am, 90 minute trainer session with 9 x 4 minute intervals in Zone 4. It is going to hurt, especially knowing that with a power meter there is no way to cheat!
